A Busy Fun Filled Saturday

Man were we busy today!! Chris had defensive driving at the Golden Corral from 9 to 3. So not only do you learn to drive safely but you can eat the entire time buffet style. While Chris was having the time of his life there, Katie and I went to the boat show with YaYa and Mr. Steve. Holy cow some of those boats were amazing. It is so neat to walk through a $600,000 boat. After that we went to the Morningside Elementary Sweetheart Carnival. I must say that I thougth we left as big winners from the silent auction. We got Katie's class quilt, Katie gets to go to Larry's to have Ice Cream with her teacher and she also gets to go to dinner and a movie with the principal. We also got a certificate for $500 worth of orthodontics for $40 from Katie's dentist. Now if she will ever get enough teeth in for the braces!!! So after the carnival we came home and I took her hair down from the night before and man did she have Texas big hair...check it out!!
