Ready, Set, RACE!!!!!!
Today was the big pinewood derby for Indian Princesses!! Katie and Chris made the Ladybug car!!
The big race was held at Staley Middle School in Frisco, Texas. There were tons of racers today and we saw all kinds of different cars. You could tell which cars the kids either did or were allowed to help with and then the cars that the dads totally did!! This is a picture of Katie with her friends Nicole and Taylor with their cars before the race.
The race was a double elimination and Katie got to race her car three times!
Katie was a ribbon winner everytime!!! I am so proud of Katie and Chris! They did a great job for their first year!!
Small side note.....the male in Chris was in full force because he really wanted his car to win the big race and bring home the trophy!!! I call this the agony of defeat!!!

Congrats Katie and Chris - I am sure next year you will win first place. Heather please dont let Chris make the agony of defeat face ever again, we showed it to Natalie and she started to cry real tears.
